These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales contracts concluded through spotlifemarket.com between C & A CONSULTING S.R.L.S (the Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Product descriptions, prices, applicable taxes and any available charges are displayed on the website before an order is submitted. Prices valid at the time of purchase apply to the order. The Seller may change future prices without affecting orders already accepted.

Before submitting it, the Buyer is responsible for checking the selected products, quantities, contact information, delivery details and total price. Receipt or acceptance of an order will be communicated using the contact details supplied by the Buyer.

5. Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated times are presented during the ordering process and are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may be affected by events outside the Seller’s reasonable control.

6. Right of withdrawal

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by applicable consumer law, including Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code where applicable. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper product use, unauthorized modifications or failure to follow supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. For consumers, jurisdiction is determined under applicable consumer protection rules.
